These terms govern your use of madwaterco.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of products from MadWater Beverages Pvt Ltd (“MadWater”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to place an order.

Products & pricing

We sell fruit-infused functional water packaged in single-serve cans. Product details, ingredients, and nutritional information are available on each product page.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST. Shipping is calculated at checkout: free on orders above ₹1000, ₹150 otherwise.
We may change prices, introduce new products, or discontinue existing ones at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Orders

An order is confirmed only after payment is received and we send a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — and will refund any amount paid in such cases.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses you supplied.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card numbers, UPI handles, or net-banking credentials on our servers. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

Shipping & delivery

Standard delivery is 2–3 business days within metro cities and 4–7 business days elsewhere in India. Detailed shipping rules are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Returns & refunds

Refunds for damaged, defective, or wrong items are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Consumed product is non-returnable.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the Site, its security, or its availability.
Do not place orders using fraudulent payment instruments.
Do not resell our products without prior written authorisation.

Intellectual property

The MadWater name, logo, product designs, photography, and website copy are the property of MadWater Beverages Pvt Ltd. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, our liability for any claim arising from a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
